2018
The Ummed Ahmedabad
The Ummed Ahmedabad holds the title of being the first-ever 5-star Hotel of Ahmedabad. Within an year, under our Asset Management model, the property saw an increase of 20% in Revenue and 80% in Profits. The achieved results were made possible with the support of the new and young ownership.

Under our Asset Management, The Ummed Jodhpur Palace Resort & Spa saw a substantial growth in its brand presence, market reputation and MICE-related business, in addition to overall growth in the numbers- revenue and profit. Saavaj Resort, Gir
This ecostay resort is located inside the limits of Gir Forest in Gujarat. Under Third-party management agreement, ProMiller was able to bring about sustainable growth through structured changes in their leadership and management. The revenues and profits grew along with their market position.

2020
Irayos Lifestyle Retreat
Irayos Lifestyle Retreat was strategized in collaboration with the ownership and is currently managed by ProMiller as a white-label operator. It remains the best wellness resort in the area, offering services like hydrotherapy, naturopathy, spa therapy, pool, organic food options and more.

Godwin Hotels & Resorts
Godwin Hotels & Resorts are located across 3 major destinations in India- Rishikesh, Goa, Meerut. ProMiller assisted the group to uplift their market positioning and pricing through revenue management. Moreover, we engaged in strategic consultancy for an upcoming property by the ownership.
2020
Blue Diamond Hotel, Korba
The ownership reached out to ProMiller through our Hotel Mentorship Program, during the tumultuous times of the first wave of COVID-19. We consulted the hotel in staying afloat and bounce back by the end of the pandemic. As a result, the ownership continued our Management Assistance model and we are still seeing an upward trajectory.

This group of 4 hotels & resorts is located across the Indian archipelago- Andaman & Nicobar Islands. The group saw an upward trend in its market position and brand presence along with a positive shift in the work culture, under Third-party management by ProMiller. Our long-term vision here is to be market leaders in budget luxury segment across the group of islands.
